Philanthropy is not an initiative at Gardenalia Home…it is built into our practice.

With every project, a portion of our proceeds supports an organization whose mission echo our own belief that environment plays a critical role in shaping wellbeing.

Horatio’s Garden:

Horatio’s Garden is a charity that intentionally designs outdoor sanctuaries within the UK at NHS spinal-injury centers. Places where patients facing life-changing injuries can safely access nature, beautifully and meaningfully.

These are gardens built not for display, but for restoration and healing.

• Sheltered seating and garden rooms
• Sensory planting and seasonal rhythm
• Spaces for reflection, therapy, art, movement, and quiet conversation

Here, design is not ornamental.
It is therapeutic.

And it is not only the patient who heals. Families, too, find a place to breathe. Imagine hearing the news that your entire family’s life is going to change. To be able to sit with their loved ones in a space that feels tender, thoughtful, and dignified. In these gardens, families become part of the restoration.
